What's your challenge this week?
QOTW: Any epiphanies/realizations you've come across recently on your weight loss journey?
MINE:
I'm exactly where I was last week. I've been crazy busy and feeling like I'm on the verge of getting sick, so I haven't really been exercising this week. But I've been watching what I eat, not really strict on the Phase 1, but close. So, although I didn't lose anything, I'm pretty happy I didn't gain either.
Challenge: I NEED to exercise. I took this week off and shouldn't take another.
QOTW: I actually had one the other day. It's a pretty common expectation that when you lose weight, you lose a dress/pants size. But what recently dawned on me is that my underwear are now too big!! Funny....... I always am hoping to drop a dress/pants size, but it never occurred to me that I would have to buy new underwear........
