Sorry, I've been crazy busy the last couple of weeks and haven't had time to do these. But I'm hoping to make time!!

MINE:
The last few weeks have been really challenging on
the food/exercise regimen. And boy did it show.....I gained 6 lbs in 2.5
weeks. Ugh. So, last week, I've been trying to get back into gear. I've
been trying to use the treadmill a few times a week, do some
walking/hiking on the weekends, plus my booty camp twice a week. I've
lost 3 lbs since then. Apparently, that's what I should have been doing
all along!
Challenge:
I'm still struggling with the fruit thing, so I
decided to try something new. For one week, I challenged myself to swap
out my normal greek honey yogurt breakfast with a fruit smoothie. It's
one banana, a cup of frozen mixed berries (strawberries, cherries and
blackberries), all natural squeezed juice (it's a pomegranate,
blueberry, apple blend), and a scoop of vanilla protein powder. OMG. So
good.
