How'd you do this week?
What's your challenge this week?
QOTW: I know you've seen
them. Those before, during, and after photos that get everyone
motivated. Would you do it? If so, how often? Once a month, every 10
lbs, specific milestones? What angles?
MINE:
I stayed the same this week. Which is a freaking
miracle. I'm really good about bringing my lunch to work. But this last
week, week and a half, I've been caught up in working lunches. I've gone
out to lunch everyday. SO not good for staying on track.
Challenge:
Besides my
booty camp twice a week, I really want to hit the treadmill at least 3
times a week.....if not a full 5 days so that I'm exercising everyday. (still working on this one.)
QOTW:
I really want to do this. Unfortunately, I never took
pictures of me at my heaviest. I think I was purposely avoiding the
camera. But I found some pictures I took over a year ago when I was 10
lbs heavier than I am now and 10 lbs less than I was at my heaviest. I
think I can at least start with those. But I'm debating on how often I
should take them. Every month or every 10 lbs? And then there's the
angle question.....The bathroom mirror hips up shot, the full body head
cut out shot (what I currently have),
or the someone else takes it for you shot? Front, side, back? Help.
